So I am starting a new section of the blog, named Gratitude Diary.
I’ll be posting up 3 things daily that I am grateful for!
This is something I have practiced privately for a while now but by sticking it on world wide web, I’m hoping it will inspire someone else to do the same and add as much value to their lives as it has mine.
So here we go:
- I am super grateful for aeroplane transport. I have just booked a summer holiday to the beautiful Croatia. Because of the invention of the aeroplane, I am able to travel over 1500 miles in under 3 hours! Amazing!
- I am grateful for the internet which provides me with so much guidance and inspiration which keep me on track with all of my goals whether they are fitness related, personal growth, business etc. It’s incredible that through blogs, youtube and social media we have almost unlimited access to our mentors.
- I am so grateful that I am about to get a lovely night’s sleep, in my comfy double bed and wake up in the morning with food in the fridge, a family that love me, a job to go to and a car to get me there.
Even if you’re not wanting to post it up on the internet, I dare you to give gratitude diary a go, every day for a month and watch your days feel that bit more beautiful.
