Zoats- protein and corgette oats

Here’s a picture of my zoats inspired by #thegirlgains!
Perfect post workout meal…
25g protein powder (I used strawberry cream soy protein)
50g oats
Half a courgette grated
I then boiled them all together in a pan with Alpro coconut milk (you can use any milk preferred) and topped with whole earth peanut butter and a few blueberries!
Was quick to make, tasted amazing and the ideal post workout!
